Bioscience East
A renovated laboratory space adds 25,000 square feet to the Research Park

Bioscience East is a one-story facility at 1923 Wheeling Street that formerly housed the optical fabrication laboratory for the Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. It is currently undergoing renovation to accommodate the specific needs of biotech research and discovery companies locating, moving, or relocating to the Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora.

The facility, which includes 25,000 square feet of shell space with high ceilings, was originally constructed in 1971 and has undergone renovations in 1992 and 1994.
