The Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora is building a scientific community that will take advantage of the synergies realized among its companies as well as the collaboration opportunities provided by its close proximity with the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. The facilities located in the bioscience park will accommodate bioscience companies in various phases of growth, from start-up in our business incubator with pre-built lab space to locating in one of our multi-tenant buildings with custom built space. This variety allows companies to remain within the research community as they grow.

The many shared services and amenities include conference rooms with A/V equipment, kitchens, building-wide phoen system and high speed internet connections, the use of scientific equipment, event space, service providers onsite, outsource referrals and much, much more.
