Fitz bioscience research on the grow
The first phase of development at Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora calls for the construction and/or renovation of multiple facilities that will support and promote scientific research and discovery among startup and early stage companies choosing to locate, expand or move to Fitzsimons. These companies will benefit from exceptional facilities and equipment, locational advantages, collaborative relationships and business resources nurtured by the FRA and the Fitzsimons site.

Under direction of the FRA, the first facility--the Bioscience Park Center--opened in 1999 and currently houses 18 emerging research companies. Our Bioscience East building opened in 2006 and currently houses two established companies. Additional facilities are in planning and development with Forest City.
