Preferred Service Provider Program The
Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority sponsors an innovative
program to provide essential business assistance and resources
to the emerging biomedical, biotechnology and pharmaceutical
companies at Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora at Fitzsimons.
The Preferred Service Provider (PSP) Program offers on-site,
professional business support, consultation and related
services to tenants and prospects at no charge to aid in
business development, as well as to enhance the successful
operation of the entire Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora.
These services include legal and financial consultation,
business formation and recruiting assistance. Research park
companies benefit from no-cost on-site workshops and seminars,
as well as discounted consultation rates, including pro-bono
introductory meetings with service providers.

Kelly
Scientific Resources (KSR)
offers human resources and recruiting assistance at
Fitzsimons. It is the scientific business unit of Kelly
Services, a Fortune 500 company, and the largest scientific
staffing provider in the world. Offices are staffed
with both experienced scientists and science recruiters.
KSR has knowledge and experience in both human resources
and recruiting to offer solutions for companies from
start-up biotech firms to multinational biopharmaceutical
giants. It is the only science staffing company to offer
online scientific training. Courses range from lab safety
training, FDA regulatory compliance and clinical trials
training, to personal development. Scope of recruiting
ranges from entry-level technicians to lab directors.

Where
are PSP services available? PSP
services are currently available at the Bioscience Park Center,
a 60,000-square-foot facility designed to meet the evolving
needs of dynamic startup and early stage scientific ventures.
This is the first completed facility in the master-planned
160-acre Colorado Bioscience Park Aurora. PSP resources will
be available across the entire 160-acre campus as development
continues. The PSP Program office is located in Suite 126.

amenities are available to occupants in the Bioscience Park
Center. Within two years, bioscience park research space
will expand to include two additional facilities.
